Yingcai was founded in 2018 and is a leading enterprise in the industrial new materials and cleaning industry. It leads the shipment volume of innovative and environmentally friendly cleaning agents in the mining field, and is far ahead in the photovoltaic industry in terms of environmentally friendly cleaning agents and nano coating technology. We are a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and development, production, and manufacturing of nano self-cleaning and high-efficiency coatings, waterproof and anti fouling coatings, industrial cleaning, mining chemicals, environmental protection, and other technologies. The company has 69 patents in cooperation with Jiangsu University of Science and Technology, and currently has 16 applications in progress. It has qualifications for second level power general contracting, safety production license, engineering labor, etc. The factory has 18 50m3 stainless steel and steel lined PE storage tanks, 23 10m3 intermediate storage tanks, 60 sets of packaging equipment, 20 sets of mixing devices, and a daily production capacity of 1000 tons of high-purity water equipment. The material used in the process design conforms to the AR grade and electronic grade standards of chemical reagents, and uses high standard self-control DCS and PLC systems with high automatic control accuracy. The packaging accuracy can reach 0.2kg (calculated based on 25kg/barrel), and the daily filling capacity of a single production line exceeds 200t/d. The mixing device uses a high-precision batching system, which is fast and accurate in batching speed. The accuracy can reach within the concentration range of 0.4%, and the success rate of one-time batching is over 98%.
